MAAT XS sits among the top class of MAAT sound, in a more manageable format without sacrificing the engaging dynamics and detail that define the line.
Four precisely calibrated ways to convey the essence of live music. Supertweeter and subsonic extender upgrade kit available, extending the response up to 16 Hz – 50,000 Hz.
The drivers
Four-way, AMT Heil Extreme.
AMT Heil Extreme tweeter, 8″ Alnico midrange, 12″ woofer and 15″ woofer: a four-way configuration combining extension, speed and control across the entire spectrum.
6 dB per octave crossover, 6 Ω load — easy to drive. The most accessible and versatile version of the MAAT family, with no compromises on sonic identity.
Custom
Expandable to the extreme.
The optional upgrade kit — supertweeter and subsonic extender — extends the response from 20–24,000 Hz up to 16–50,000 Hz, for those seeking maximum extension.
180 kg per channel, handcrafted in Italy. Mirror lacquer and fine wood finishes available on request.
